With graduate training in transformational leadership and coaching, a background in organizational development, and extensive experience in education and entrepreneurship, Kimberly brings both human-centered insight and practical instructional expertise to her work. She is also the founder of Mise & Method Education, the company behind Baking & Pastry Curriculum, and the host of Becoming the Blueprint, a podcast exploring leadership, identity, and the personal work behind meaningful professional growth.
